Where geometry meets glow.
Lumenlace is an exploration of form, repetition, and perception. What began as a curiosity about combining five or more distinct shapes evolved into a study of how geometry, color, and light interact. Using cubes, trapezoids, diamonds, and octagonal prisms, the piece creates layered patterns that shift depending on light, perspective, and spatial arrangement.
Strategic color placement and mirroring amplify the interplay between simplicity and complexity, resulting in a sculptural composition that feels both precise and organic. Lumenlace invites viewers to engage with how design transforms when shaped by light—and how tension between forms can produce unexpected harmony.
This initial stage focused on exploring how multiple geometric shapes—cubes, trapezoids, diamonds, and octagonal prisms—could coexist in a single, harmonious layout. Repetition and symmetry guided the development of a dynamic, layered composition.

Material trials and physical assembly steps brought the design to life. These images capture the hands-on process of translating complex, abstract sketches into a structured, light-responsive form.
